NASOS STANSIYALARINING ISHLASH SAMARADORLIGIGA TA’SIR ETUVCHI OMILLAR

Ushbu maqola nasos stansiyalarining ishlash samaradorligiga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni chuqur o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan bo‘lib, energiya tejamkorligini oshirish va ekspluatatsiya xarajatlarini kamaytirishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot nasoslarning texnik parametrlari (quvvat, samaradorlik koeffitsienti, aylanish tezligi), quvur tizimlarining gidravlik xususiyatlari (diametr, uzunlik, qarshilik koeffitsienti), suyuqlikning fizik-kimyoviy tarkibi (yopishqoqlik, zichlik), avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlari va tashqi muhit omillari (harorat, bosim o‘zgarishi) kabi asosiy omillarni tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda nazariy modellashtirish, kompyuter simulyatsiyalari (ANSYS Fluent va MATLAB yordamida) va laboratoriya sinovlari qo‘llanildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, nasoslarning optimal rejimda ishlashi va quvur tizimlarining gidravlik qarshiligini kamaytirish orqali energiya sarfini 12-20% ga kamaytirish mumkin. Bundan tashqari, avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlari tizimning barqarorligini 15% ga oshiradi va texnik xizmat ko‘rsatish xarajatlarini sezilarli darajada qisqartiradi. Ushbu tadqiqot sanoat va kommunal sohada nasos stansiyalarining samaradorligini oshirish, energiya resurslarini tejash va ekologik barqarorlikni ta’minlash uchun amaliy yechimlar taklif etadi.
