Ushbu maqola nasos stansiyalarining bosimli quvurlari uchun yopqich klapanlarning konstruktiv va funksional xususiyatlarini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan tadqiqotni yoritadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi klapanlarning ishlash samaradorligini oshirish, bosim yo‘qotishlarini minimallashtirish, tizimning uzoq muddatli ishonchliligini ta’minlash va ekspluatatsiya xarajatlarini kamaytirishdan iborat. Maqolada hozirgi kunda qo‘llanilayotgan yopqich klapanlarning turlari, ularning texnik cheklovlari va ishlashdagi kamchiliklari tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, klapanlarning materiallari, konstruksiyasi va ishlash mexanizmlariga innovatsion yondashuvlar taklif etiladi. Tadqiqotda nazariy modellashtirish, kompyuter simulyatsiyasi va eksperimental sinovlar qo‘llanilib, takomillashtirilgan klapanlarning bosim, oqim va chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rganiladi. Natijalar yangi konstruksiyalarning an’anaviy klapanlarga nisbatan energiya tejamkorligini 15-20% ga oshirishi va xizmat muddatini sezilarli darajada uzaytirishini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu ish nasos stansiyalarining samarali ishlashi va sanoatda energiya resurslaridan oqilona foydalanishga xizmat qiladi.
