Abstract

The adaptive capabilities of the respiratory system, the influence of the external environment on the respiratory system, the endurance capacity of the lungs are determined. This article discusses the levels of endurance and endurance of students. This study is aimed at studying how effective it is, how much it is possible to increase the endurance of students.
