Abstract

The integration of 3D modeling technologies in the development of machining processes on CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines has significantly increased productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in modern manufacturing. This article explores how
3D modeling is used in the design of technological processes for CNC machining, focusing on the advantages, stages of process planning, and implementation strategies. The adoption of CNC machines has addressed limitations in conventional machining such as human errors, slow production speed, and poor repeatability. By integrating CNC systems with 3D modeling, manufacturers achieve enhanced operational control and process reliability. This combination ensures that even complex geometries are accurately produced with minimal waste and high efficiency.
