Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot tibbiyot sohasidagi sun'iy intellekt tizimlarining ishonchliligini oshirish masalasiga bag'ishlangan. Yurak kasalliklarini prognozlash uchun yaratilgan sun'iy intellekt modellarining diagnostik aniqligini baholash va takomillashtirish usullari o'rganilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida 1000 dan ortiq bemorning exokardiografiya va MRT tasvirlaridan tashkil topgan ma'lumotlar bazasi shakllantirildi. Konvolyutsion neyron tarmoqlari (CNN), ResNet va DenseNet arxitekturalari asosida turli modellar yaratildi va sinovdan o'tkazildi. Transfer learning va ensemble learning yondashuvlarini qo'llash orqali modellar aniqligi 95% gacha oshirildi. Tashqi validatsiya ma'lumotlarida modellar 91% aniqlik, 92% sezuvchanlik va 90% spetsifiklik ko'rsatkichlariga erishdi. Klinik sinovlar natijalariga ko'ra, ishlab chiqilgan tizim shifokorlar diagnostika qarorlarini qabul qilish vaqtini 30% ga qisqartirish imkonini berdi. Tadqiqot natijalari sun'iy intellekt asosidagi tibbiy tizimlarning ishonchliligini oshirish bo'yicha muhim amaliy tavsiyalarni o'z ichiga oladi.
